For the Brand Identity Package, it's a 50% deposit, and the final 50% is paid upon completion of the project.
Brand Blitz' are 100% upfront.
No. All deposits are non-refundable as it is my way of securing your spot on my schedule. I book projects in advance, and scheduling ensures that I give all of my clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves.
As a result, I turn down clients for your reserved spot. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been filled by another project. The deposit ensures that clients are serious about moving forward with the project.
